# 1. Create & manage Criteria

## E-1 Criteria Creation and Management <a href="#e-1-criteria-creation-and-management" id="e-1-criteria-creation-and-management"></a>

In the Datumo platform, Criteria is the unit that constitutes the evaluation framework for a single Application. This document explains how to create a new Criteria and manage evaluation criteria by configuring Subgroups and Tasks.<br>

## What is Criteria?

Criteria is an evaluation framework configured so that evaluation can be run all at once within a single Application. It is also a higher-level concept that contains multiple Tasks.

## Criteria Creation and Management

### 1. Creating Criteria

You can create a new Criteria, and at this time you can choose whether to start from an empty template or from the default recommended Tasks. However, recommended Tasks are suggested based on the settings of the Application and Module.

`+` Clicking it allows you to create a new Criteria.

When creating a new Criteria `Criteria Name`When you enter `Complete` the button is activated.

By default, Criteria is `Initial Criteria Settings`based on `Start from an empty`Selecting this creates an empty Criteria without the default recommended Tasks.

### 2. Editing the Criteria Name

Click the edit icon next to Criteria Name.

If you change the Criteria Name, `Save` the button becomes enabled.

`Save` clicking the save button will change the Criteria Name.

### 3. Duplicating Criteria

Criteria can only be duplicated within the same Application.

The duplicated Criteria Name is created by adding a number after the existing name. For example, `Default Criteria`when duplicated, `Default Criteria (1)`is created.\
If a duplicate with the same name already exists, the number is incremented sequentially as it is created.

## Subgroup Creation and Management

### 1. Creating a Subgroup

`+ New Subgroup` Click the button to create a new Subgroup.

When you enter the Subgroup Name `Complete` the button becomes enabled.

Once Subgroup creation is complete, the created Subgroup is added to the list.\
Immediately after creation, the Subgroup area is highlighted so users can easily see where it was added.

### 2. Editing the Subgroup Name

`Edit Subgroup` to edit the Subgroup Name.

After editing the Subgroup name, `Complete` click the button to save the changes.\
If you delete the entire Subgroup name, `Complete` the button is disabled, and you must enter the name again to save.

### 3. Deleting a Subgroup

`Delete Subgroup` to analyze.

If you want to delete,  `Delete` select it, and if you want to cancel deletion `Cancel` to analyze.

> ⚠️ Caution
>
> `Delete`If you do this, all Tasks contained within it will also be deleted.
